So, you're taking the TEPAIC.

After you receive authorization from your department to take the TEPAIC, please complete the FireForm. While filling it out, make sure you fill in every field! The information you fill in is critical for us to be able to get you scheduled. Sign-ups are first come, first serve and we strongly recommend that students register early in order to secure their time slot.  After you submit your form, confirm with your department that you have done so. Once you have notified them, they will work with the TEPAIC office to get your exam scheduled. Keep an eye out for communications from your department. You will be receiving all further information from them.
