The Department of Second Language Studies at Indiana University offers several different programs for English language development.
For pre-matriculated students with academic or professional goals: 7-week session, 20+ hours a week of instruction, 7 levels of proficiency, no credit
For matriculated students admitted into the undergraduate and graduate programs of Indiana University: 8-week courses, 4 hours a week, 5-6 topics courses, for credit
For students preparing to take the TEPAIC to become teaching assistants
For groups of student with specific goals: English for specific purposes programs (i.e. Legal English)
